The platform
Seven systems have to agree
before a single vial ships.
A peptide clinic is only as strong as the systems behind it. We connect the tools you
already trust and enforce compliance where it counts, so a patient can only ever pay
for what a licensed provider prescribed.
◎
Your providers, or a network's
Bring your own licensed clinicians and we build the queue, credentialing records and state licensing rules around them. Don't have a panel yet, or need coverage in a state you're not licensed in? We plug into a provider network like Openloop instead — same platform, same compliance layer, providers sourced on demand. Start on a network to launch, move to your own panel as you grow, or run both side by side and route by state.

An EHR at the center
Running a clinic means keeping a real medical record, and that record has to sit in a HIPAA-compliant EHR — charting, e-prescribing, scheduling, telehealth visits, documents and an audit trail, under a signed BAA. It is not a database you should build yourself. We integrate an established EHR and sync it two ways with your platform, so the chart stays the source of clinical truth.

E-prescribing
Surescripts-connected prescribing through pre-certified vendors. Never built from scratch, because certification is not something you want on your critical path.

Multi-pharmacy routing
Route each Rx to the right 503A or 503B facility by product, state, and stock. API where they have one, portal or fax bridge where they don't, because plenty still don't.

Subscriptions tied to the Rx layer
Recurring billing, dose changes, pauses, and refunds wired directly to prescription state. Not a storefront bolted onto a clinical system.

Labs and biomarker tracking
Order panels, ingest results into the chart, trend them over time. At-home phlebotomy when a patient won't make it to a draw site.

Retention in the clinical flow
Refill check-ins, adherence nudges, progress dashboards, side-effect reporting. The things that keep a subscriber past month three.
